Turnaround Times
Production times are generally between 4-6 days so you can expect your order to be with you in about 10 days, depending on where you live.
Shipping
Shipping is free for the Continental US, however, we will ship to states including Alaska and Hawaii and will charge this at cost. Please contact us before
placing an order to determine the fee. We will also ship internationally so again please contact us to determine the price.
Order Cancellations
After an order is placed you generally have a 30 minute window to cancel. Sometimes this window is increased as orders are sent for production towards the end of the day.
Product Returns
In order to keep costs down, all of the prints available are made to order and never held in stock. For this reason, orders placed are final and cannot be returned
unless there is a genuine fault with the product. Due to the nature of aluminum. there are sometimes very minor surface imperfections which cannot be helped. We will
always try to work around these and print the image in such a way as to be unnoticeable as possible. If the product has been damaged in transit or has visible
damage such as scratches or dents, please send us a couple of detailed photographs of the damage and we will get a replacement sent out to you. Please note that
we cannot accept claims for damage from 7 days after the product was received.
Internet Security
We use the most stringent security practices and in line with PCI compliance, we never store any credit card details on our server. Credit card details are only
taken on our secure and encrypted page.
